Cannot find Sample Preview under File in Report Design view due to moved.
Cause:
The 'Sample Preview' command has been moved to the 'View' menu and renamed 'Layout Preview'.
Solution:
To preview a report in Access 7.0 when in the Report Design window, select the 'View' menu and select 'Layout Preview'. (A preview of the report opens.)
1) Go to the Report Design window:
a) Click the 'Reports' tab in the Database window.

b) Select the desired report from the list.
c) Chose the 'Design'. (The Report Design window opens.)
2) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Layout Preview'. (A preview of the report appears.)
